Jeff Stechmann

Jeff is the Vice President Eastern Region for Asset Exchange Company.  With over 30 years of experience in the title insurance and 1031 Exchange industry, Jeff is a seasoned veteran who works hard to make sure all his clients understand the 1031 Exchange process, their options and what is needed for successful deferral of capital gain taxes.  

During his career, he has held senior level positions in sales and operations management with some of the nation’s largest title insurance underwriters and he was a partner in an independent Florida title agency servicing the entire state of Florida.
