Since co-founding Asset Exchange Company in 2006, Leonard has overseen all of the sales and marketing operations for the company.

Jeff is the Vice President Eastern Region for Asset Exchange Company based out of Florida.

Adam works closely with Phil Atwan in Southern California to manage the largest and most active 1031 Exchange market in the country.

Marcia is a seasoned operations and client service professional with extensive expertise in real estate compliance, 1031 exchanges, and corporate administration. She has supervised the management of investor files, fund flows, and acquisitions while ensuring full compliance with IRS 1031 tax-deferred regulations and state licensing requirements.

Adam is a California attorney, CPA (inactive), real estate broker and co-founder of Asset Exchange Company. Adam oversees all exchange services for Asset Exchange Company.

Patience is the team lead for "Team Adam" with the busiest 1031 Exchange desk in the country.

With Asset Exchange Company Lois is a subject matter expert on all things 1031 Exchange related and spends most of her time consulting clients on the best way to structure their tax deferred exchanges.

Phil is a 26 year veteran of the 1031 Exchange industry and manages the Greater Los Angeles territory for Asset Exchange Company.

Max Huang serves as Senior Exchange Officer for Asset Exchange Company.  Max is bilingual; besides English, he is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Cami brings extensive real estate knowledge and experience to Asset Exchange Company. Prior to joining us, Cami was an escrow officer for 10 years and also comes from a real estate family, her father a contractor and her mother a Realtor.
