Delayed Exchange Fees

Asset Exchange Company is committed to unparalleled customer service at fair and reasonable rates. The fee to open a delayed exchange account is $750. There is a fee of $250 for each replacement property acquired. Unlike our competition, we do not charge rush fees, wire transfer fees, or shipping and handling fees.

 

Reverse Exchanges

Asset Exchange Company provides reverse exchange services at very competitive rates; however, because of the complicated nature of the reverse exchange, rates vary, so please, call 877.471.1031 for a quote.

 

Construction Exchanges

Construction exchanges fees are quoted based on type of property and the amount of construction/improvements being done. Please call our office for a quote.
