Phil Atwan

Phil educates more Tax Professionals, Attorneys, Real Estate, and Escrow Professionals regarding 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange tax code more than nearly anyone in the country.  Phil is featured at approximately 120 - 150 education seminars per year, through Los Angels, Orange, up to San Luis Obispo counties.  Helping and Educating people is work Phil greatly enjoys – and thrives on.  In addition, Phil has long served in various Board of Director and official capacities for the Escrow Associates of the San Gabriel Valley.

Phil grew up in Pasadena, CA, and now lives with in Whittier, where he and his wife enjoy their children and 6 grandchildren!
