Lois LaChat

Lois has worked in various aspects of the Real Estate Industry for over 25 years.  After working as a Real Estate Agent for several years, Lois obtained her Real Estate Brokers license and operated a Boutique Real Estate practice. 

With Asset Exchange Company Lois is a subject matter expert on all things 1031 Exchange related and spends most of her time consulting clients on the best way to structure their tax deferred exchanges.
